2. Scope of Services:
Pacific Contracting Ltd specializes in Residential, Commercial, and Petroleum Construction. The scope of services will be detailed in the project agreement or contract signed between Pacific Contracting Ltd and the client.
3. Project Agreement:
All projects will be governed by a detailed project agreement or contract outlining the scope of work, timelines, costs, and any other pertinent details. Both parties are required to review and sign this agreement before the commencement of any work.
4. Payments:
Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Clients are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges. Pacific Contracting Ltd reserves the right to suspend work or terminate the contract for non-payment.
5. Changes to Scope:
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional costs or extensions of timelines resulting from changes to the scope will be discussed and documented in a revised project agreement.
6. Safety and Compliance:
Pacific Contracting Ltd prioritizes the safety of our team, clients, and the public. All projects will be executed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
7. Quality Assurance:
We strive to deliver high-quality workmanship. Any defects or issues related to the construction work will be addressed promptly, subject to the terms outlined in the warranty section of the project agreement.
8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, or any other sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
9. Termination:
Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination clauses and procedures will be outlined in the project agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in the project agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pacific Contracting Ltd operates.
